Accepting New Subscription Orders
Please "REPLY ALL" with "CONFIRMED" in your new subscription order email to accept the order.
Starting October 29, 2018:
There is a 30 minute window to accept or reject a subscription order. If you do not accept or reject an order after 30 minutes, the order may be cancelled. Please review the details of the subscription order. Some subscriptions may just be a single delivery to a corporate client. Some subscriptions may be recurring on a weekly or monthly basis for a duration of 2 weeks, or even ongoing until cancelled with no hard end date.
Accepting New Orders
There is a 2 business hour window to accept or reject an order. If no action is taken as those 2 business hours pass, the order will be automatically accepted and added into your portal. Business hours are 7:00am - 5:00pm local time on your shop's operating days (ie. Monday - Saturday). Please email: email@example.com to inform them of your closed business days in advance, including holidays or special closures.
Manually accepting new orders
You can accept a new order by clicking on the
'Accept' button directly on the message. Alternatively, you can also accept a new order by viewing the order details and clicking on the
'Accept' button in the "Manage Network Orders".
Auto-accepting new orders
Orders that have not been manually accepted or rejected will be automatically accepted after 2 business hours.
Example 1: A
"New Order" message sent at 11:10am will be automatically accepted at 1:10pm if it has not been manually accepted or rejected.
Example 2: A
"New Order" message sent at 4:00pm on Monday will be automatically accepted at 8:00am Tuesday.
Example 3: A
"New Order" message sent at 4:00pm on Saturday, and if you are closed on Sunday, will be automatically accept at 8:00am on Monday.
Portal Tip: Once an order has been accepted or rejected directly in the Messages
tab, that message will be automatically marked as read and be removed from this tab. You may still view this message in the "
Full Inbox" tab.
Rejecting new orders
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to fulfill an order, you can reject a new order by clicking on the "
Reject" button, leaving a message, and clicking on "Submit Rejection." Alternatively, you can also accept a new order by viewing the order details and clicking on the "
Reject" button on the orders page.
Cancelled new orders
New orders that you have not yet accepted or rejected may be cancelled by H.Bloom. An "Order Cancelled" message will be sent to your
