You will provide photo confirmation with timestamp to confirm that each delivery, installation, maintenance, or remediation action has taken place, and you will use H.Bloom software to indicate completion of any such fulfillment obligations.  You agree that in certain instances multiple delivery attempts may be required, within reason, and agree to make best efforts to fulfill the original delivery commitment.  If a delivery is unable to be completed or if there are any issues in the course of attempting to complete said delivery, you will contact H.Bloom who will get in touch with the customer directly.  

H.Bloom requires delivery confirmations in real time, meaning that all deliveries should be completed DAY OF DELIVERY and:

1. Have a clear photo uploaded

2. Be marked accordingly. Or if there is a delivery issue, the H.Bloom team should be informed ASAP in order to help solve for the issue
