H.Bloom will provide you with a specification, which may include, but is not limited to, design requirements, delivery instructions, and timeframe expectations, for each fulfillment obligation.
You agree to make best efforts to fulfill your obligations in accordance with said specification. Should substitutions or other alterations be necessary to fulfill a client’s order, you will notify H.Bloom prior to delivery so we can set proper expectations with the client and avoid dissatisfaction.
Please use most appropriate substitutions when needed, always maintaining the overall style and/or color of the arrangement. Substitutions must be of equal or higher value.
