Frequent, timely communication is essential to our mutual success.
The parties agree to respond to all communications (including communications attempts made via, but not limited to, phone, email, text message, or instant message) with best efforts, on a same-day basis as possible, and in all cases within 24 hours of receipt of said communication attempt.
The three most important things to us from an operational standpoint are:
1. Responsiveness to email - we work mostly via email and phone
2. Use of our system for photos and delivery confirmations - Photos are our way to ensure design is on point as well as a tool to solve for any client disputes /discrepancies
3. Design - Specifically, high-end subscription accounts are very particular about design and floral quality, otherwise appropriate substitutions are acceptable.
