H.Bloom has a highly trained customer service team that will work together with your team to sort any customer service issues. H.Bloom expects and requires your team to be fully cooperational on these instances that will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

You agree to fulfill all H.Bloom client requests in a timely and professional fashion to the best of your ability, taking into account the input and guidance of H.Bloom and its employees.  Should a client be dissatisfied with an order, you will be responsible for prompt remediation at your expense to the extent that is deemed necessary by H.Bloom and operationally feasible and reasonable to meet the client’s expectations.

You agree to fulfill, in a timely fashion, H.Bloom orders, by executing activities such as, but not limited to, recipe creation and raw material procurement, arrangement/installation design and production, delivery, maintenance, and remediation, all executed solely at your cost. Orders may include Corporate or Consumer one-time or recurring flower arrangements and/or installations, plant arrangements and/or installations, gifts, events, maintenance, or weddings.
