Whether an H.Bloom rep can join your on-site walkthrough or not, here are some of the main things to take notice of and gather for the planning stages:

  • What entrance should be used for the install
  • Where power outlets are located
  • Where there is a water source if needed
  • Take photos and measurements of the areas we plan to have decor
  • Create a shared folder with these images and planning resources with your H.Bloom rep
  • If exterior decor, how we will secure the items during bad weather conditions
  • Are there any special equipment rentals needed like a power lift
  • How we will secure any decor so that there is NO damage to the building or client's property (command strips etc)
  • Do you want a blueprint of the property, be sure to ask the client if they have one
  • Is there a certain day of the week or time of day that is preferred for the install
  • We strongly discourage solar lights being used. If the client is requesting them, make sure we know there is enough sunlight to keep them working all through the night
  • Will the client need to change batteries or will we provide that service if needed

This is just a small list to help us all stay on top of the deals the best we can. Any damage done by the install team or at take down will be covered by the installing partner. If you have concerns on potential damage, be sure to talk through it with your H.Bloom rep and client as needed. We want to be as proactive and caucious when it comes to the execution.

Thank you all!
