Sending a Message for an Order

Replying to Messages

You can directly reply to some messages for a consumer order on the Messages tab. Click on "Reply", type out your response or message, and click "Send Reply." To view all your sent messages, click on the "Sent" tab.



Sending a New Message

You can send a new message from the order's details page. 


1. Find the consumer order you want to message about.

2. Please e-mail us about any subscription order questions. Starting October 29, 2018, you can find the subscription order you want to message about: find the message "New Subscription Order" and click on the order number.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, type out your message for that order, and click "Send Message." 




Check your messages

One of our friendly team members will respond to your message. You may check for a reply in the Message tab or on the order page where you left us a message.
